Shipping & Delivery

All orders are shipped via NZ Post Economy and are dispatched within 7 business days (often sooner).

If you require overnight or rural shipping, please select the correct option at checkout. Choosing overnight shipping means your order will be prioritised and dispatched as soon as possible, but it does not guarantee next-day delivery. If you need an item by a specific date, please message us on Instagram @rnjcollective before purchasing.

As a small business run alongside full-time study, dispatch times may vary slightly, but we always aim to ship orders promptly.

Rural Addresses
If your address is rural and rural shipping is not selected, we will contact you and allow 72 hours to arrange the correct postage. If we do not hear back within this timeframe, the order will be cancelled.
