Refunds & Returns
Change of mind returns are not accepted. This includes reasons such as sizing, colour, or how the item fits or looks once worn.
Refunds are only accepted if the item is significantly different from what was described or shown in the listing photos. Proof will be required, and requests must be made within 7 business days of receiving your item. Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition it was received - unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Damages & Issues
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and make it right.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
