How does shipping & delivery work?

All orders are shipped via NZ Post Economy and are dispatched within 7 business days (usually sooner). Overnight and rural shipping must be selected at checkout. Overnight shipping prioritises dispatch but does not guarantee next-day delivery.

All items are vintage or second-hand, so sizing may differ from modern standards. We recommend checking the measurements listed in each product description rather than relying on the tagged size.

Measurements are taken flat and in centimetres. If you’re unsure about fit, feel free to message us on Instagram @rnjcollective before purchasing.

We carefully inspect and curate every piece before listing. Condition will attempt to be clearly stated in the product description and or photos.

• Deadstock / New - Unworn, original condition
  

• Vintage / Preloved / Second-hand - Previously worn, may show light signs of wear
  

• Flaws - Any noticeable marks, wear, or imperfections will be photographed and mentioned
  

Due to the nature of vintage clothing, minor signs of age or wear are considered normal and are not classified as faults unless stated otherwise.

Do you offer refunds or returns?

We don’t accept change of mind returns (including sizing or fit).

Refunds are only accepted if an item is significantly different from its listing description or photos, and requests must be made within 7 business days of delivery with proof.

Every item is hand-picked, inspected, and graded before being listed. We prioritise fit, condition, and authenticity, and we’re transparent about wear or flaws so you know exactly what you’re buying.

We believe vintage should be accessible, intentional, and kept in circulation, not gatekept or treated as disposable. By giving pre-loved clothing a second life, we’re doing our part to reduce waste while building a community around style, care, and individuality.
